Before entering, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By entering this competition, you agree to abide by these rules.
1. Eligibility
This competition is open to all individuals who are 18 years or older. The competition is open to participants in the UK and internationally. Both new and current clients of Claire Mace Nutrition are eligible to enter. Employees of Claire Mace Nutrition, or anyone involved in the running of this competition, are excluded from entry.
If Claire Mace Nutrition deem it inappropriate to provide you with any nutrition services, you will be provided with referral information to the appropriate services / provider.
2. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:
Follow @clairemace_nutrition on Instagram or facebook (depending on where you complete your entry).
Tag a special friend or yourself in the comments of the giveaway post. One tag = one entry.
Share the giveaway post on your Instagram or Facebook stories for a bonus entry (make sure you tag us).
Each tagged person in the comments counts as one entry, and you can tag as many people as you'd like to increase your chances of winning. Participants must ensure their Instagram account is set to public to allow us to verify the extra story entry.
3. Prize Details
The prize consists of:
Two 1-hour consultations with Claire Mace, a women’s health nutritionist, designed to empower and support the winner in achieving their health goals. These sessions will focus on personalised nutrition advice, expert guidance, and actionable steps to tackle health challenges and nourish the body.
The total value of the prize is at the discretion of Claire Mace Nutrition and will be provided as a service at no additional charge.
4. Competition Period
Competition Start Date: 1st December 2014
Competition End Date: Midnight on 31st December 2024
Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries after the competition closes.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be announced on 1st January 2025 via Claire Mace Nutrition's Instagram/Facebook account. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram to confirm their prize. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.
7. Prize Redemption
The prize is valid for 6 months from the date of the winner's announcement. The winner will work with Claire Mace to schedule their consultations at mutually agreeable times.
8. General Terms
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or any other third parties.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
By entering the competition, participants consent to their name being used for promotional purposes if they are selected as the winner.
Claire Mace Nutrition reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not adhere to these terms and conditions or are found to be fraudulent.
Claire Mace Nutrition’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the winner selection.
9. Liability
Claire Mace Nutrition accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason. By entering, participants agree to hold harmless Claire Mace Nutrition, its affiliates, and any partners involved from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the competition or the prize awarded.
10. Privacy
By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and awarding the prize. Any personal data collected will not be used for marketing purposes unless permission is granted.
